Retiremap is a social venture focused on helping employees set and achieve their financial goals, particularly those employees experiencing financial stress. Rather than pursue the failed approach of employee education, they have partnered with Duke University’s Common Cents Lab and the renowned behavioral economist, Dan Ariely, to design a scalable coaching platform that makes money decisions easy for employees and coaches them on the specific actions they should take to achieve their goals.
