Incorporated in 1996, SODIC is one of Egypt’s largest publicly listed real estate development companies with a market capitalisation of over EGP 5.5 billion. SODIC is currently developing a number of Egypt’s large scale and award-winning developments including residential, leisure, retail and corporate projects within mixed-use environments. SODIC has developed over 5.8 million square metres of its 9.4 million square metre land bank and employs over 450 staff directly as well as 10,000 indirectly.
