Founded in 1993, Star’N’Bars is a family-friendly restaurant and sports bar on the port of Monaco. We were recently called “one of the key players in sustainable development in the Principality” by the Monaco Act Green magazine published by the Grimaldi Forum and the Department of Tourism. The eco-friendly menu offers homemade dishes with primarily organic, local ingredients and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options as well as organic meat and sustainable fish.The terrace on the harbor is surrounded by a 120 square meter vegetable patch and the restaurant was the first to say no to plastic straws, bottled water and non-biodegradable containers. 100% of the electricity comes from renewable energy sources and we even have our own fleet of electric vehicles.These ecological initiatives are at the center of our private and corporate events where customers can relax in a dynamic setting and friendly atmosphere while enjoying a breathtaking view of the Principality.
