The Company primarily distributes urological catheters and sterile kits to patients discharged from hospitals or alternate site facilities that require products for home use. Based in Wilmington, North Carolina, WMS’s geographic presence is strongest in the southeastern United States. WMS holds licenses with Medicare and with Medicaid in 33 states and with most private insurance companies.
