Absolutely awful. I've never had such terrible service.

My brand new fridge, which is less than 6 weeks old, has developed a fault so I called up and reported it using the service centre.

I received a message on Saturday to say that the appointment is 'booked and confirmed' (this is a direct quote) for Sunday.

I contacted them 3 times on Sunday to find out when someone would be coming, only to be told past 6pm that Sunday is not a working day, and that the visit could be any time for the next three days. Why not tell me this the other two times I contacted them so I waste a day stuck at home?

As a native English speaker, I am fully aware of what 'booked and confirmed' on a specific date means, and that it doesn't mean anytime within the next 72 hours.

Apparently there is no way for me to contact the engineer that will perform the service to find out when they are coming, and I just need to wait at home for days on end and throw food in the bin while waiting for them to turn up.

Having had to take a day off work at such short notice, and throw away the spoiled food, I am thousands of dirhams out of pocket.

Their communication and customer service is honestly shocking. I am appalled that a company like Samung think it is acceptable to treat their customers with such disdain.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Even 1 star is too much for their farce of a customer service centre.
