The company's products are decent in terms of quality, but I found the customer service to be below average. The product I purchased worked fine, but when I needed assistance, the response was slow and not very helpful. The website was also a bit confusing to navigate, and I had some difficulty finding the information I needed. Overall, the product was satisfactory, but the overall experience left much to be desired. I hope they can improve their customer service and website usability in the future to enhance the overall customer experience.
