I recently used a shareholder services company to assist me with a corporate matter, and my experience was just okay. The website was user-friendly and provided some helpful resources, but I found the communication to be a bit slow and sometimes unclear. The overall service was average, and I was able to get the assistance I needed, but it didn't exceed my expectations. I think there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and clarity in communication. Nevertheless, the company did deliver on its promises in the end.
