I recently became a mentor with this program, and I am beyond impressed with the quality of support and guidance provided. The organization truly values the importance of mentorship and its impact on the lives of the youth. The training and resources provided ensure that mentors are well-equipped to make a positive difference. Seeing the growth and development in my mentee has been incredibly rewarding. I highly recommend getting involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie County/Be-A-Friend Program, Inc. and making a difference in a child's life.
