I have had the pleasure of being a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie County/Be-A-Friend Program, Inc. for over two years now, and it has been an incredible journey. The organization's dedication to improving the lives of children is evident in every aspect of their work. The mentoring relationships formed through this program have a profound impact on the children's lives, fostering personal growth, resilience, and a sense of belonging.
