I had a mixed experience working with Washington Nursing Facility. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed with the level of care provided to my loved one. The nurses seemed overwhelmed and often took a long time to respond to requests for assistance. Overall, I would rate the facility as average.
