Выбирали бумагу, размеры, цвета и все остальное. 19.10.16 я еще ничего не слышал от 502 о моем отложенном ордере. В тот день я попытался связаться с Уиттни по электронной почте. ПЯТЬ ДНЕЙ СПУСТЯ Я все еще не получил ответа! Утром 24.10.16 я позвонил в Лексингтон, чтобы обсудить, что происходит. Сотрудник, ответивший на звонок, сообщил мне, что Уиттни бегает по делам, будет отсутствовать весь день и «была очень занята». Я попросил, чтобы она перезвонила мне в тот же день, иначе мне нужно будет нанять другую компанию. Целый день прошел, а УИТТНИ НЕТ ОТВЕТА. Ее сослуживцу тоже было наплевать, потому что он тоже упустил время и не пытался помочь своему коллеге или бизнесу. Моя работа предполагает высокий уровень обслуживания клиентов. Если я оставлю заказ на 20 дней, хотя бы не связавшись с клиентом, лучше держите пари, что у меня будет разозленный клиент, И моя задница будет уволена !!!
