Абсолютно худшее. Помощник «ночной смены» должен был находиться в комнате мамы и сопровождать ее, но вместо этого мама упала с кровати и ей потребовалась помощь службы спасения. Они ответили, что «это был досадный инцидент» - не доверяйте этому агентству заботу о своих близких. Помощница «растягивала ноги»? На самом деле - вот почему телевизор в другой комнате был на другом канале, чем я оставил его включенным - ее даже не было в комнате с мамой. Я напишу обзоры на каждом веб-сайте во всем этом состоянии, если смогу предотвратить хотя бы один «досадный инцидент».

Не следует доверять. После подписания соглашения и того, что все было готово, мне сказали, что за 3 дня до приезда жены домой у них никого нет. Управляющий, дававший обещания, даже не проявил любезности позвонить и извиниться. Я бы никогда не рекомендовал эту компанию.

У этой компании есть некоторые проблемы. Во-первых, в дом членов моей семьи был отправлен другой спутник, несмотря на просьбу и заверения, что постоянный человек будет присылаться каждую неделю. Во-вторых, во время кризиса Coviod я попросил координатора по уходу и координатора по расписанию приостановить работу поставщика медицинских услуг, чтобы ограничить контакты моего 86-летнего члена семьи с посторонними людьми. Однако спутница все же появилась и была впущена моей растерянной родственницей, что поставило под угрозу ее здоровье. Я бы никогда не рекомендовал эту компанию, так как они явно не знают, как должна работать компания в сфере здравоохранения.
