Я пошел на обязательный сеанс выставления счетов на второй неделе, и мне не помогли, хотя они сказали мне, что они хотят, чтобы я использовал различные программы, которые мне нужно было использовать для получения информации. Это было ужасно, мне никакой помощи не было.

ЕСЛИ вы сначала настроите службы правильно, они будут работать так, пока что-то в вашей жизни не изменится. Тогда заставить социального работника перезвонить вам будет практически невозможно. Я оставлял 1-3 сообщения в неделю в течение последних 3,5 недель, и ни одно из них не было возвращено. Кажется, что у них постоянно не хватает персонала, а персоналу не хватает базовой подготовки. За 6 лет работы здесь у меня был ОДИН хороший соц.работник. Они не предупреждают вас, если ваш социальный работник уходит. И удачи вам в попытках найти кого-нибудь из руководства, чтобы помочь вам. Я бы поставил им меньше звезд, если бы не один хороший, отзывчивый соц.работник.
