Мусор на территории, мусорный бак, полный мусора, нет ящика для сдачи арендной платы, ни одна из мер не осуществляется правильно. Только если вы пожалуетесь, вы подвергнетесь репрессиям Ужасная парковка, у жителей парковки нет вообще. Гости, не сдаваемые в аренду, находятся на парковочных местах арендаторов. Моя Жара вышла, дал мне обогреватели. На ремонт ушло почти 2 недели. Имущество вышло из строя. Жители переезжают б / у из этих вопросов.

Апартаменты Pelham Village раньше были чистым и спокойным местом для жизни. Уже нет. Амблинг Менеджмент подвел жителей.
