Когда в декабре 2017 года я подошел к кондоминиуму, чтобы закрыть его, я был удручен местоположением. Другая проблема заключалась в том, что осмотр выявил сломанный душевой поддон, который был отремонтирован на 5к. Если бы он сказал мне, насколько значительным был ремонт, я мог бы отказаться от собственности или получить уступку от продавца. Я узнал о стоимости ремонта только через несколько месяцев после продажи. Когда я попытался связаться с Райаном по поводу своих опасений после того, как узнал стоимость ремонта, он не ответил мне. Затем я связался с его офисом в Amerivest Realty в Неаполе. Они не сделали бы ничего, чтобы компенсировать мне или даже дать мне имя своего перевозчика ошибок и пропусков. Очень разочарованы. Не рекомендую.
