Мне потребовался один визит, чтобы понять, что доктор Розенфельд лишен человеческого сочувствия и не умеет справляться с болью и не справляется со стулом. Я никогда не вернусь. Моей жене только что была оказана неотложная стоматологическая помощь, и ее тоже плохо лечили. Она просила ассистента не прикасаться к расщепленному зубу, пока не будет применена анестезия, но, очевидно, слушать пациентов - это не то, что они делают.

Первый визит вчера, очень доволен Лорой, техником и персоналом стойки регистрации, за то, что внесла меня в список отмены. Тщательно, профессионально, очень приятно. С нетерпением жду возможности вернуться за пломбами и чистками. Настоящий Алоха здесь. Тай!
