У меня сегодня рейс в Барселону, и я попытался провести проверку накануне, как обычно, но поле номера документа было близко, и я не мог указать свой номер, тогда я приехал в аэропорт, чтобы проверить, и я придется заплатить 55 евро. Но когда я понял, что сайт не работает, я отправил компании сообщение через Facebook через чат-бота и попытался позвонить, НО НИКТО НЕ ОТВЕТИЛ.
Теперь я провожу часть отпуска, работая, чтобы получить некоторую поддержку, но Aviaserv и Ryanair не оказывают мне никакой поддержки даже со всеми имеющимися у меня зондами, я имею в виду фотографии всех экранов с веб-сайта, Facebook. У меня ПЛОХОЙ опыт, и это не в первый раз.

У нас возникла проблема с нашим рейсом, поэтому мы просим нас пойти в пункт обслуживания авиасервера. Парень на стойке регистрации сначала был у телефона, поэтому он заставил нас ждать 5 минут и проигнорировать нас. Тогда не пытались помочь нам или разобраться в нашей ситуации! Очень неприятно!
