Нас не удовлетворило обслуживание и способ работы в Bofimac. У нас сложилось впечатление, что надо обо всем спрашивать самим, а они всегда заявляли, что дадут совет (тоже на своем сайте). Мы получали совет только тогда, когда специально об этом спрашивали. Они также не были прозрачны в отношении своих цен и выставляли счета на многие дополнительные услуги (например, декларацию о подоходном налоге с населения). Мы спросили о плате за авторские права, по словам менеджера, это неприменимо, по словам нашего юриста, это часто делается для разработчиков программного обеспечения. Это вопросы, в которых вы предполагаете, что можете положиться на своего бухгалтера, а не что вы должны нести ответственность за себя. Тот же принцип с PSPS / IPT, но также и ликвидационный резерв, который никогда не обсуждался. Кроме того, было обнаружено отсутствие различных материалов и деклараций (что определяется нашим текущим бухгалтером), и впоследствии выяснилось, что удержанный налог у источника выплаты не производился должным образом (хотя мы предполагали, что это было должным образом проверено бухгалтером). С нашим текущим бухгалтером теперь все в порядке, и снова по более низкой цене, чем та, которую просит Bofimac. По этим различным причинам мы не рекомендуем Bofimac в качестве бухгалтера.
