Они пытались выдать недостатки как нормальные для натурального продукта, но, как плотник с мебельным фоном, я знал, что это произошло из-за ошибки навыков. К их чести, они построили его снова, но мой проект был завершен с отставанием от графика.
Туалетный столик выглядит великолепно, но направляющие ящика очень дешевы и с трудом справляются со своей задачей. Вы можете открывать только один ящик за раз, так как передние панели ящиков сталкиваются друг с другом и довольно быстро повреждаются. Это после того, как я заменил большинство из них, потому что они вообще не работали. Нашей кухне 5 лет, и эти ящики Blum работают отлично.
Наконец, деревянная верхняя часть начала трескаться и образовывать вздутия менее чем через месяц.

Во-первых, Люк непревзойден по мастерству и гордости за свой продукт. Он и его команда были дружелюбны и явно посвятили себя оказанию особых услуг.
Что еще более важно, когда у нас возникло недопонимание по поводу дизайна, Люк проявил такое понимание. Это потребовало изрядной дополнительной работы (ему пришлось полностью разобрать изголовье кровати и восстановить его). Мы оба поняли, как произошло недопонимание (никто не виноват - мы оба сыграли свою роль ... просто по-разному понимали простую фразу, выделяющую фрагмент), и Люк был так же опустошен, как и мы, тем, что он начал не то, что мы имели в виду . Довольно часто, когда это происходит, вы чувствуете, что вина перекладывается на себя как на клиента. Не так с Бомборой, и какое облегчение чувствовать, что мы понимаем нашу роль в этой путанице. Мы разработали минимальные дополнительные затраты, и в результате получился самый красивый предмет мебели для 21-го сына. Это подарок, который продолжают дарить. Вы не можете не думать, что это здорово каждый раз, когда смотрите на двуспальную кровать и соответствующие прикроватные тумбочки.
