Я начну с того, что дома хороши, но, переезжая и все еще находясь под гарантией строителей, вы начинаете видеть все недостатки. Мы пытались связаться с ними по номеру, который нам дали, и этот человек редко отвечает на телефонные звонки. Он говорит, что сделает то и то, но этого не происходит! По какой-то неизвестной причине с кондиционером на 72, в доме было более 80 градусов, им потребовались месяцы, чтобы прийти и техническое обслуживание, которое якобы было антифризом, теперь он делает это снова менее чем через месяц, обрезки, которые мы должны были вставили, не было сделано, нам сказали, что они поставят шкафы, и как только мы переехали, этого не произошло, и нам сказали, что мы свяжем вас с кем-то, ЧТО НИКОГДА НЕ СЛУЧАЛОСЬ! ТСЖ составляет 200 в год на обслуживание парадного входа и супер маленького парка, в котором не играют дети, как насчет того, чтобы они пошли на что-нибудь более полезное, например, уход за газоном для всех в этом подразделении. Мы действительно подумываем о сокращении галстуков и стараемся не рекомендовать это место или строителя.
