Патентным поверенным, с которым мы работали по поводу нашего патента, была Дженнифер Арчибальд, поэтому мой отзыв касается только этого поверенного, который работает в этой юридической фирме. В целом меня не устроила услуга Дженнифер. Скорее непрофессионально она выставила нам счет за работу, которая никогда не была санкционирована нами, и, что еще хуже, когда мы подняли этот вопрос с ней, вместо того, чтобы принять, признать и извиниться за ошибки, которые она допустила; она начинает комментировать увеличение платы за будущую работу (не самый разумный поступок). Первоначально этому не помогал тот факт, что она изо всех сил пыталась понять технические концепции нашего изобретения, и ей потребовалось более 3 недель, прежде чем она смогла вернуться к нам с отзывами о части работы, которая была ей поручена. И это тоже с помощью ее старшего коллеги-поверенного, который должен был ей помочь. Ее почасовая оплата сопоставима с почасовой оплатой партнеров, в что трудно поверить, учитывая неопытность и плохие стандарты поведения, свидетелями которых мы стали, но, честно говоря, я нашел этого адвоката слишком непрофессиональным и неэтичным по отношению к ее поведению. К сожалению, я не могу рекомендовать Дженнифер Арчибальд кому-либо, исходя из своего опыта.
