Территория грязная, менеджмент плохой, уровень преступности выше, люди возятся с вашими автомобилями / имуществом, жуки наводняют квартиры / таунхаусы, сложно связаться с кем-либо, чтобы помочь. В целом, если бы я мог опуститься ниже 1 звезды, я бы это сделал. Один плюс - это дешево.

Плохое управление. Цена не стоит ужасного качества.
