Компания CIS отправила инспектора не в тот дом и без извинений написала в открытии электронного письма: «Похоже, что раньше мы проверяли не тот адрес». Отправка инспектора не в тот дом, а также их другие грубые ошибки сделали работу с ними и со страхованием жилья смешной и невероятно разочаровывающей. С момента подачи заявки в Homesite Insurance до замены нашей системы прошло около месяца - Homesite упомянул, что это займет всего пару дней.

Честно говоря, работать с компанией Homesite Insurance было не менее неприятно, потому что они тоже допускали некоторые нелепые ошибки.

Я думал, что моя претензия по страховке переменного тока займет неделю, потому что вы знаете .... это страховка. У этих парней кто-то был ко мне домой на следующий день после того, как они впервые позвонили мне. Отремонтировал и позаботился о моем кондиционере в течение 5 дней с момента подачи претензии =) Спасибо, СНГ

Отличная компания для обработки претензий по HVAC. Их стиль общения прямой и точный, с коротким циклом.

Я подрядчик, которого эта компания наняла для проведения осмотра, нам приходилось много раз ездить на объект из-за плохой связи между владельцем объекта и CIS. Эта компания согласилась заплатить нам, как только мы доставим фотографии и кучу документов, но они этого не сделали. Я позвонил в компанию для оплаты, и они сказали мне, что не будут платить нам, потому что у нас нет информации. Мы так и не узнали об этой причине после того, как выполнили то, о чем они просили, я так и не получил от них ответа. Полностью сдирать. Подрядчики HVAC, остерегайтесь этой фантомной компании !!!

Первоклассная компания !!! Они отнеслись к моему требованию HVAC, как к этой заботе PRO. Их представители были вежливы, ответили на все мои вопросы и даже смогли провести замену поврежденной системы. Моя система никогда не работала лучше. Спасибо!
