Приятный контакт по телефону и при посещении виллы, откуда нам пришлось переехать. Быстрые и дружелюбные грузчики МАИС:
несмотря на предварительный визит, чтобы разобраться в операции, этот день настал: 1) грузовик не вернулся в нашу собственность, 2) наш буфет (длиной 2,5 метра) не удалось доставить в нашу квартиру (мы «любезно» согласились доставить мебель к месту отправления бесплатно!), и человек, который должен был позвонить мне, чтобы попытаться найти решение (хранение мебели или возможное согласие диспетчерской на использование лифта (предлагается дополнительная стоимость 500 франков), никогда напомнил мне.
Через два дня мой крестник и двое его друзей разобрали буфет за 10 минут и доставили его мне через 30 минут.
За сочувствие ставлю три звезды, в остальном: 0!
