Мы приходим к ним в указанные сроки, и голос по внутренней связи говорит нам, чтобы мы вернулись на следующий день, потому что компания закрывается после 15:00. Мы подчеркиваем тот факт, что для нас это определенное обязательство и затраты, но ничего не стоит. да, времена в Интернете - это далеко!
Хорошо, мы берем смолу у другого поставщика, платим больше, а потом оказывается, что он, в свою очередь, покупает смолу у этой компании.
Через год мы пробуем снова: после смолы мы сверяем время в Интернете (8:30 - 16:00) и садимся в машину.
Прибыв в их компанию в 12:40, нам сказали, что они закрыты на обед до 14!
Но я говорю: это серьезность? Неужели они не понимают, что клиента нельзя морочить с ума? Или это их стандарт качества?
Нет комментариев! Также очень плохо отнесся к одному из их сотрудников! Больше никогда от Eurodrop !!!!
