Ужасное обслуживание. Мы решили записать мою дочь в Figures Table View. Через несколько месяцев она решила больше не участвовать из-за пропусков многих уроков и из-за того, что она была в учебном заведении в то время (с сентября по ноябрь), и потребовала расторжения контракта. Копии подписанного контракта мы так и не получили. Мы звонили, отправляли сообщения и электронные письма безрезультатно. Нам нужно было отменить контракт, чтобы они могли остановить платежное поручение, которое они продолжили, таким образом, списывая деньги с моего счета, несмотря на то, что моя дочь больше не участвует в занятиях. Первоначально нам сказали, что было уведомление о расторжении контракта за 30 дней, и они обещали отправить контракт после нашей первой оплаты, но так и не получили. Никто не ответил на наши жалобы намного позже, только получив контракт через несколько месяцев после уведомления об уходе от Figures. Определенно схема зарабатывания денег. Они все еще удерживают с нас деньги, пока мы говорим, несмотря на запрос об отмене. Моя дочь в последний момент решила отказаться от предстоящего мероприятия перед тем, как покинуть занятия. Только чтобы узнать, посмотрев опубликованные фотографии, что все девочки в ее классе (все черные, цветные, а она была единственной индийской девушкой) не имели их фотографий в социальных сетях компании и также не получали награды. Определенно проявился тонкий расизм, поскольку в ее классе были только цветные девочки, и это был последний урок дня. Очень грустно видеть, как это происходит, когда это должно быть местом для молодых девушек, а не местом для их грабежа.
