Я забрал свою дочь в качестве неотложной помощи, мне сказали, что прогулка по местам была принята до 15:00, поэтому я приехал туда до 15:00. Персонал был недружелюбным, не заботился и ничем не помогал, они больше использовали свой личный мобильный телефон, чем помогали пациентам. Я ждал там около 3 часов, чтобы меня осмотрел врач, ни разу персонал не пытался приспособиться к долгому ожиданию, они даже не проверяли нас и не извинялись за ожидание, которое доктор скоро увидит. Они дали мне рецепт, который, по-видимому, не подходил для 3-летнего ребенка (таблетки), фармацевт попытался помочь, позвонив врачу и попросив его сменить рецепт на жидкий антибиотик, но врач не ответил до следующего дня и когда они действительно ответили, они просто сказали разбить таблетки или дать их моему ребенку в банане. Какой педиатр настолько незначительный, что посоветует мне вбить таблетки в еду моего ребенка вместо того, чтобы менять рецепт. Это очень непрофессиональный офис, от обслуживающего персонала до врача. ДЕРЖИСЬ ПОДАЛЬШЕ!!!! Я перестала водить ребенка к ее постоянному врачу, ей выписали правильный рецепт, и теперь она чувствует себя лучше.
