Моя мама была здесь уже месяц, и до сих пор для нас это был большой опыт. Несмотря на то, что ей стало очень трудно в 90, и, будучи очень независимой, они относились к ней с добротой и профессионализмом. Конечно, она не понимала этого нового места, но теперь, похоже, она принимает изменения и в основном может сказать о своем новом доме хорошие вещи. Я не говорю, что что-то не всплывает, но их сотрудники знают, как с этим справиться. Кажется, это работает для нее и для нас. Спасибо за вашу доброту и профессионализм при общении с нашими близкими.
