Была одна проблема, которую они отказались решать, а именно чрезмерная влажность в пространстве для обхода. Летом в подполье буквально лился дождь, на балках дома образовывалась плесень, ржавел водонагреватель и пропитывалась изоляция перекрытий пола. В итоге мы обратились к сторонней компании, чтобы инкапсулировать пространство для обхода контента за 12 тысяч долларов. Просто странно, как строителю, который построил такое красивое сооружение и занимался всеми остальными проблемами, так не хватало этого.
