Я переехал в апартаменты Gill Group 15 июня 2019 года. Наш управляющий сказал нам, что материальные проблемы, связанные с квартирой, будут решены на той неделе, в которую мы переехали. К ним относились: отделка краски, замена сломанных сидений унитаза, ремонт три двери туалета, которые были сняты с петель, и смытые шампунем пятна с ковра. Я также сообщил управляющему имуществом о ТЯЖЕЛЫХ проблемах с тараканами и о мусоре, находящемся за пределами соседнего помещения, которое привлекало жучков. Ни о чем не позаботились. 3 июля 2019 года я сообщил об утечке воды в своей квартире, которая полностью залила пол. Плинтусы покрыты плесенью / пятнами, из-за чего у пола очень резкий запах. Им потребовалось 6 дней, чтобы «починить», и они сказали, что в нем мало фреона. Они также заметили, что внешняя труба моего кондиционера не была изолирована, и вместо того, чтобы отремонтировать, они сказали, что «это сложно», и оставили ее неизолированной. Я неоднократно останавливал ремонтников за пределами моего блока и просил их осмотреть утечку, исходящую изнутри блока. Утечка никогда не прекращалась, поэтому я снова сообщил об этом 13.08.2019, когда им потребовалось еще 9 дней, чтобы прийти в мое отделение. Снова 24.08.2019 ремонтники работали на блоке рядом с моим. Судя по всему, они сливали воду из водонагревателя, и от него был протянут шланг, ведущий наружу к сливной трубе. Вместо того, чтобы сливать наружу, он стекал в мой блок. Я позвонил в то утро, и они разрешили мне сидеть все выходные, пока на мой ковер льется вода. Ничего не было исправлено на постоянной основе, и утечка не прекращается. У меня есть трехлетний ребенок, который поскользнулся и упал после прогулки по этой воде. Это полный абсурд, а управляющий недвижимостью и ее «решения» выходят за рамки непрофессионализма. Я хочу жить в безопасной среде, где я не боюсь поскользнуться, или мой ребенок не повредит себя из-за утечки. НИКОГДА БЫ НЕ рекомендовал Gill никому, кто ищет аренду.
