COVID 19 - GLA отменила все поездки, что, как я понимаю, семьи должны были оплатить всю поездку до конца декабря 2019 года, а теперь поездка отменена, и они не вернут деньги ... когда я позвонил сегодня, Мне сказали, что они потратили все семейные деньги и могли предложить только кредит. Я спросил, потратили ли вы деньги, как вы можете гарантировать, что ваша программа / бизнес будет работать через год ... он не смог. Мне сказали, что я должен был купить туристическую страховку ... это недопустимо. Я хочу вернуть свои деньги.
