Мы купили кухонный гарнитур, который нужно было обработать, чего никогда не делали ... спинки стульев начали скрипеть и отклоняться назад, что дало удары в спину ... нам сказали, что это проблема с определенной моделью .. у них есть (ремонт) 2 стула остальные все таки давно ждали. несмотря на обещания сделали упорствует компании в ничего не делая ... послепродажное обслуживание полностью ноль .. стулья очень низкого качества .. кроме того, мы получили 2 стула различных капитана и ничего не сделал ни .. я рекомендую вам избежать BERMEX мебель

Я не рекомендую продукцию Bermex. Я купил много предметов для столовой Bermex за последние 2 года и потратил на них более 15 000 долларов. На потраченные деньги мы купили в Ikea вещи лучшего качества. Каждую вещь, которую я купил, нужно было отремонтировать или подкрасить. На обеденном столе 1-5000 долларов были сколы и отсутствующие пятна, был отремонтирован. 2 - 5000 долларов за 12 стульев для столовой, которые нужно было очистить, потому что на материале были пятна, а на некоторых ножках пятна отсутствовали. 3- Буфет 3000 долларов, верх был плохо отделан и имел неровности, пришлось заменить верх. Не говоря уже о постоянном ремонте каждой детали по отдельности и неудобствах. Последней частью, которую мы купили, была клетка, которая соответствовала остальной мебели (большая ошибка, мы должны были знать). 4- 2500 долларов за домик, на стекле царапины, из переднего ящика вылетел скол, агрегат криво. Ящики не выровнены, дверь не закрывается прямо, и похоже, что я сам построил это в своем гараже. Снова связались с магазином через 6 месяцев, ремонтник приходил три раза, не говоря уже о том, что мы ждали 3 месяца, чтобы получить клетку! Магазин отказался забрать его обратно, поэтому я дважды связывался с Bermex, но так и не получил от них ответа.
