I recently had a not-so-great experience with this restoration service. 😕 The communication was often unclear, and the timeline they provided seemed to stretch longer than expected. There were moments when it felt like my concerns were overlooked, which made the process frustrating. The quality of work didn’t meet the standards I hoped for either, leading to a mixed feeling about the overall service. 🤔 While I appreciate their efforts, I believe there’s significant room for improvement in both customer interaction and execution.
