HealthSmart отказался обрабатывать новые претензии и начал отклонять все претензии, заявив, что новая управляющая компания должна будет их обрабатывать. HealthSmart уже заплатили за обработку этих требований за рассматриваемый период времени. Они не смогли передать ВСЮ информацию новой управляющей компании и отказались предоставить ее мне.
