Моя дочь обратилась в Gallatin ER из-за сильной боли, как посоветовал ее доктор. Ее поместили в комнату без одеял, подушек и кнопки вызова (она попросила одеяло, но ему так и не дали). Когда я обратил на это внимание доктора, она просто кивнула. Они сказали ей, что собираются начать введение жидкости, но через 4 часа так и не сделали. Образец мочи, который она сдала, не попал в лабораторию. Предложили взять еще один экземпляр.

Теперь я понимаю, что скорая помощь - это не отель, и есть люди с критическими и опасными для жизни травмами, и иногда приходится ждать. Я понимаю. Чего я не понимаю, так это полного отсутствия сочувствия. Доктор, с которым я разговаривал, был очень краток и пренебрежительно. Я мог бы даже позволить этому ускользнуть, ЕСЛИ бы они сделали что-нибудь, чтобы помочь ей. Вместо этого ее отправили домой с обещанием позвонить ей и договориться о следующей процедуре. Этой ER полностью не хватает во многих областях!
