The technicians arrived on time and were friendly, but unfortunately, the quality of their work was just average. It took them longer than anticipated to fix the leak and even then it didn't stop completely. I had to call them back for further repairs, which was inconvenient. Additionally, I found their prices to be a bit on the high side compared to other service providers in the area. On the positive side, their customer service was responsive and they were able to schedule the follow-up appointment quickly. Overall, while Home Pro Services did an okay job, I would likely explore other options next time for more efficient and cost-effective solutions.
