Ioline crystal studio: работает ОЧЕНЬ ПЛОХО и так плохо разработана программа; кнопка отмены не работает даже для всех действий.
Плоттер Ioline: этот принтер измельчает бумагу. У меня возникли проблемы с этим плоттером с первого дня его покупки. Очень грубая служба поддержки сказала мне, что я представляю себе все эти проблемы, но позже обнаружила, что действительно есть некоторые недостатки дизайна, и обнаружила пару проблем:
1. вес алюминиевого стержня слишком мал. Мне сказали залить песком или цементом ... до какого веса не знаю.
2. Подставка для бумаги была помещена на металл и не было достаточного сопротивления. Как только я заменил его, сопротивление оказалось слишком высоким, и задняя штанга не скользила вниз и застревала наверху.
В машине была смазка, поэтому бумага лучше катится. Мне сказали, что это тоже недостаток, и я должен это исправить.
В целом, я считаю, что эта компания не выпускает продукт, готовый к выходу на рынок и должным образом устраняющий неисправности.
