Да, я их искал :) Продвигаясь вперед, я имел ужасное несчастье, что слишком зарабатывающий недостаточно работающий «начальник отдела контрактов» меня передал своей несчастной грубой секретарше Миа. Было очень неприятно разговаривать с ней по телефону. Надеюсь, однажды она найдет работу, которую не ненавидит. Я попытался объяснить ей, что мы - довольно НОВАЯ организация, и она все еще казалась очень раздраженной тем, что ей пришлось объяснять мне процесс заключения контракта. Она присылает мне ссылки на крап, который уже указан на их сайте. Извините за пояснения относительно некоторых шагов. Эти дикари не пожалеют о вашей неопытности и заставят вас задавать вопросы. Профессиональные отделы добровольно объясняют вещи и разбирают их за 5 минут. С этой дивой мне пришлось провести минут 20-30. по телефону, потому что она теряла время, повторяя бесполезную информацию вместо того, чтобы отвечать на мои настоящие вопросы. В любом случае, это яркий пример правительственного департамента низкого ранга с низкопробными государственными служащими профсоюзов. Контракты создает чрезмерно зарабатывающий руководитель контрактов .. требования - катастрофа. В наших общинах полно наркоманов, но у этого отдела есть дела поважнее, чем беспокоиться о проблемах со злоупотреблением психоактивными веществами. Бесполезный опыт.
