Приезжает индивидуальный клиент, ему нужна нестандартная распечатка с вырезом, и он отправляет электронное письмо с деталями заказа. Вроде бы все красиво, но потом выясняется, что он переписывался совсем с другим (больным, без наркотиков) и заказ выполняет другой сотрудник. Пока он ограничивался адресом электронной почты - любезно - лицом к лицу - неприятным, даже грубым обслуживанием. О сомнениях клиента говорить не буду - сотрудник требователен и агрессивен по отношению к клиенту (по принципу «у вас что-то есть для меня?»). Он оставил дома хорошее образование, угощает клиентов «из обуви» и хотел бы показать своим средним пальцем, что кто-то чего-то вообще хочет и вдобавок оставляет на это деньги. Немного странно, если только вы не хотите быстро «свернуть бизнес». Не рекомендую.
