Product quality could improve. The masks I ordered didn’t quite match the description on the website. The color was off, and the fabric felt a bit cheaper than expected. 🥺 The capes were nice but arrived later than anticipated, which was a letdown for my planned event. 😕 Customer service was responsive, but it didn't quite make up for the overall experience. I appreciate the variety available, though! 🌟
