Худшее обслуживание клиентов, и у них нет профессиональных манер, они очень грубы и борются с клиентами вместо переговоров.

Программное обеспечение в порядке, но их обслуживание клиентов хуже. Очевидно, они просто заботятся о продаже продукта, но не заботятся обо всем остальном. БУДЬТЕ ВНИМАТЕЛЬНЫ, если вы покупаете у них, вам придется терпеть недели и недели беготни и неубедительных оправданий для простой задачи, которую можно было бы решить за 5 минут.

У меня был хороший опыт работы с ними. Начала их использовать в 2009 году и осталась очень довольна. Связь могла бы быть немного лучше, иначе обслуживание отличное. Очень доволен этим ЭМИ.
