Моя мать скончалась больше года назад. Последние четыре месяца она провела в Мерси. Я живу в другом штате и только что был в Калифорнии с визитом. Конечно, поездка туда всегда заставляет меня думать о моей маме, и я думал о Мерси и о чудесной заботе, которую она получила, и думал, что оставлю отзыв. Для меня, проживающего за пределами штата, было очень важно убедиться, что о моей маме хорошо заботятся. Я часто навещал ее в течение последних четырех месяцев, так как мы знали, что у нее осталось недолго. К моей маме относились с величайшим уважением и состраданием со стороны всех, будь то Тамра, директор, и ее непосредственный персонал; медсестры; или обслуживающий персонал. Все они были просто восхитительны с ней (и с нами как с ее семьей). Они всегда меня встречали и отвечали на все мои вопросы. Они были полны доброты и сострадания. Я чувствую себя очень счастливым, что она была в таком прекрасном окружении до самого конца. Я всем рекомендую это место.

Центр милосердия подойдет для выхода на пенсию, но НЕ ПОДХОДИТ для ухода за престарелыми или квалифицированными медсестрами. У них есть прекрасный шеф-повар, прекрасная столовая ресторанного типа ... но уход в НОМЕРЕ ужасный. Мой брат был там 6 месяцев ... в жизни с квалифицированным персоналом ... наконец, в постели 24/7 в течение последних 2 месяцев. Его НЕ содержали в чистоте, он ждал ЧАСЫ после нажатия кнопки, чтобы вызвать помощь ... недели, чтобы помыться ... более 6 недель, чтобы вымыть волосы шампунем ... Очевидно, что Pretense of Mercy является католическим учреждением, поскольку когда-то так и было, но мой брат не мог даже принести ему причастие после воскресной мессы в аудитории Милосердия. Я жила далеко, так что могла только позвонить, ЖАЛОБОВАТЬ и попросить о лучшей помощи ... но такого мне не дали. Мой совет: держитесь подальше, если вы неподвижны, или переместите оттуда своего родственника, если ему / ей потребуется дополнительная помощь. Администратор
должен быть заменен кем-то, кто лучше понимает свою работу. У Департамента выставления счетов НЕТ Проблем с их работой ... наша ежемесячная стоимость выросла до более чем 8300 долларов (для перечисленных услуг, которые не были предоставлены). Я выразил протест и уменьшил этот огромный счет после того, как отказался его оплатить.

Слава богу, добрая медсестра из хосписа наконец приехала за 3 недели до его смерти ... купала его 3 раза в неделю в постели, мыла ему волосы и содержала его в чистоте и удобстве. Благослови ее.
