On 12/28/23 $224.00 was billed (STOLEN) from my checking account for my annual insurance fee which was paid in November in full. They called this a 'system error' and had NO information on any specifics as to when this would be resolved/refunded. It is now 1/12/24 and I have heard NOTHING from them. I've filed a claim with my bank and now I'm over drafting on items that would have been covered by the money they stole and refuse to return to customers. They are engaging in illegal financial fraud and federal and state laws are being violated any time an unauthorized charge occurs to an account. This company is shady at best - avoid at all costs. They are thieves and liars.

This company is horrid, untrustworthy and thieves. They deducted (stole) money from my account FOUR times in December 2023. They were EXTREMELY difficult to contact. When I finally reached someone, they gave me a story about “ computer/system malfunction.” They further lied stating, “we’ve requested money be refunded (another lie).”
It is now January 10th, my money has STILL not been returned.
I have sent numerous emails, spoken to supervisors all to no avail. They are not even registered with BBB ( imagine that).
Steer very clear of this shady “ business.” My monthly payment is only slight over $18.00. They took that amount around December 12th, then stole an additional $264.00 on December 27th. Why were they even in my account on a date payment NOT DUE????
Steer clear, or you too will have to take legal action against them.

On 12/27, this company charged my bank account three times in the amount of 40 dollars, totaling 120 dollars in unauthorized charges. Customer service told me it was a glitch when they “reset the system,” and as soon as the pending charges cleared, the money would be automatically refunded. Well, the money cleared the same day, and they have not refunded me a dime. They are no longer answering emails or calls, so I had to file a dispute with my bank. I’m lucky it was only 120 dollars. Some people have been charged up to 800! Who knows how many people this affected. It’s terrible. Stay away from this company.

This company took $189.00 out of my bank account I called twice on 12/27/23 Nobody could tell me the ETA of my $$. I called again on 1/5/24 the CSR stated that I can expect my $$ returned or before 1/17/24. I am so mad. As of today, my $189.00 has not been refunded. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

Worst insurance company. I reached out for cancellation before auto renew and they charged me anyway. When I realized the charge they can only refund $10. I have all the prove but they don’t care.

Вызывали их раздраженными автоматическим продлением, потому что я забыл отменить после того, как меня призвали на действительную службу. Они были очень милы и вернули мне новые расходы и вернули мне деньги за то время, когда я перешел на старую политику. Благодарность!

ПОКУПАТЕЛЬ, БУДЬ ОСТОРОЖЕН!!! Хотел бы я дать им ноль звезд! Лучше не иметь страховки, чем пользоваться услугами этой компании. У меня есть страховка арендатора с ними много лет. Затем в моем многоквартирном доме отказал водоотливной насос, и вся моя квартира была затоплена. Мой домовладелец сообщил мне, что это было связано с покупкой некачественной партии у Лоу. и объяснили, что они меняли отстойник три раза за последние три месяца. У меня были отчеты об обслуживании от домовладельца, в которых говорилось обо всем этом и о том, что моя квартира была затоплена сильнее всего. Моя претензия была отклонена Millenial Specialty Insurance, потому что в ту ночь шел дождь. Моя политика действительно включала покрытие ущерба, нанесенного водой. Они сделают абсолютно все, чтобы ОТКАЗАТЬ ваши претензии. НИКОГДА не используйте их !!!! Разумеется, я сразу перешел на другую страховую компанию.

У меня пытались украсть деньги, а я даже не зачислен на эту страховку! Мне пришлось обратиться в свой банк, чтобы оспорить транзакцию.

Они взимают ежемесячную (каждый месяц) рассрочку в размере 2 долларов сверх указанной ежемесячной квоты. Просто пишу это здесь, чтобы информировать людей.

Прошло почти 3 месяца с тех пор, как я подал заявку, и ни один человек не связался со мной. Отвратительное и нечестное поведение. Электронные письма остаются непрочитанными, звонки не возвращаются и все для претензии менее 1000 долларов

Люди дружелюбны, недовольны страховкой, когда подают заявку на страхование арендатора

Как не покрыть порчу продуктов. Это в большинстве стандартных политик арендаторов. Я не хочу переключаться.
