На этой неделе позвонил в ту же службу поддержки клиентов, но ответа не получил. Вы оставили несколько сообщений голосовой почты о доставке заказанного продукта, которые остались без ответа.

Я даю им только одну звезду, потому что нет возможности дать им отрицательную или нулевую оценку. Они говорят, что поддерживают клиентов AF, но, возможно, им нужно знать, что такое поддержка. Мы заказали четыре ноутбука у этой мусорной компании после того, как получили предложения от нескольких других компаний, и их предложение было самым низким. Извлеченный урок: никогда не выбирайте самого дешевого участника торгов, потому что вы получите действительно ДЕШЕВОЕ обслуживание, если оно есть. Они сказали, что время выполнения заказа составляет 90 дней, ну, это близко к 30 дням из этих 90 дней, и мы ничего не получили. Затем они повышают стоимость единицы товара. Да, они не доставляют, когда говорят, что будут, и они тоже повышают цену, это отличное обслуживание клиентов НЕ. Вдобавок к этому мы не получаем статуса ни в чем, пока не попросим об этом, как будто нам больше нечего делать. Также поговорил с руководителем, который дал ложное обещание доставить четыре ноутбука к определенной дате и не выполнил его. Теперь он получает каждое электронное письмо, в котором мы запрашиваем статус, поэтому он знает, что мы все еще ничего не получили, и ничего не делает для поддержки их клиентов AF. НИКОГДА НЕ ПОКУПАЙТЕ В ЭТОЙ КОМПАНИИ НИЧЕГО.

Строит ужасные ПК. Не могу поверить, что им позволено уйти от никчемных продаж.
