Я никогда не останусь ни на одном из ваших курортов и скажу всем, что не могу останавливаться ни на одном из ваших курортов!

Мы остановились в отеле River Terrace Inn в Напе. Так плохо названо. В нашем номере не было вида, который мы просили. Постоялый двор - это место гостеприимства. У нас не было никакой помощи с нашими сумками ни внутрь, ни наружу (нам 67 и 72 года). Мы получили крошечный стаканчик плохого вина по прибытии, но потом обнаружили, что любая вода в нашем номере стоит 2 или 5 долларов за бутылку. Ранее мы останавливались в RUI Sheraton в Сан-Франциско, где бесплатно раздавались бутылки с водой. И в довершение ко всему, очень рано утром, постоянная ужасная музыка повсюду в отеле, включая наш номер, так что нужно было выйти или сойти с ума. Затем они хотели взимать с нас дополнительную плату в размере 28 долларов за то, что мы не использовали. К счастью, наши документы показали, что мы ничего не должны.
