I recently had an average experience with this company. I visited their website, oasischevrolet.com, to check out their inventory and was pleased with the variety of vehicles available. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about each car. However, when I decided to visit the dealership in person, I found the customer service to be average at best. The salesperson seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm, which made me feel undervalued as a potential customer. Although they answered my questions adequately, their overall attitude was quite underwhelming.
