Прошло уже больше года с тех пор, как я подал иск о невостребованном имуществе. По закону рассмотрение претензий может занять до 120 дней, но я не видел этого в моем опыте. Я считаю, что прошло около 180 дней, прежде чем ко мне обратились с просьбой предоставить дополнительную документацию. Который я предоставил в течение 15 дней. Я ждал еще 60 дней, чтобы получить еще один запрос на другую документацию, которую я не могу предоставить. Еще примерно через 60 дней я получил электронное письмо о том, что они закрывают мою претензию, и мне нужно повторно подать заявку со всеми новыми копиями той же документации. Мой иск был на несколько сотен долларов. Это НЕ штатные $ $, но все же по чьим-то меркам такая неэффективная работа - это нормально? А нам налогоплательщики зарплату платят? Хм?

Отличный работодатель с важной миссией для всех жителей Орегона.
