Как вы узнаете, что лучше для меня, если вы даже не знаете меня или мои страховые ставки, уже действующие в лояльной компании, в которой я работаю уже 16 лет? Единственная причина, по которой я позвонил, заключалась в том, что кто-то другой застраховал свой бизнес с ними, и я хотел узнать, каковы их ставки, чтобы застраховать мой бизнес. Но знаете что, им не нужен ваш бизнес! С первой минуты, когда я разговаривал с людьми в этой страховой компании, они зашли в тупик, не слушали, пытались принимать решения за меня (а не вместе со мной), не хотели даже рассматривать новый бизнес и были в некотором роде высокомерными. Хорошая страховая компания всегда приветствует клиента, который говорит ему: «Конечно, мы рассмотрим вашу ситуацию и посмотрим, какие расценки мы можем вам предложить». Люди из этой страховой компании с первой минуты разговора давали мне понять: «Нет, вы должны прыгнуть через наши обручи, чтобы мы даже посчитали, что мы даем вам цитаты». НИКОГДА я не отдам свой бизнес людям, которым не нужен мой бизнес.
