Они были совершенно немотивированы и не извинялись за полное неудобство, которое можно было бы на 100% предотвратить с их стороны, если бы они позаботились о нем в первый раз. Не сдавайся через этих людей !!!

Мы пытаемся получить дом у этой компании больше месяца, но до сих пор не слышали от них ни слова. Подали заявку 3 недели назад. Они не перезвонят и не перезвонят, когда мы звоним в офис. Не используйте это место для поиска дома. Ужасно

На решение любых проблем с обслуживанием у вас уйдут недели. И это все равно не исправить. Они работают усердно только тогда, когда не получают своих денег. Если вы не внесете платеж, они быстро привлечут вас к суду. Эти люди чертовски грубы и никогда не извинятся за ошибку, но ожидают, что вы будете относиться к ним с уважением. ПОЖАЛУЙСТА, УЧИТЫВАЙТЕ ЛЮБОГО ЛИЦА, НО РЕМАКС В НОРФОЛКЕ, ВИРДЖИНИЯ.

При аренде через эту компанию починить что-либо - реальная проблема. На выполнение работы уходят месяцы. Мы жили в доме, который снимаем, более полутора лет, и присылать сюда людей для ремонта может быть похоже на вырывание зубов, а мы постоянно ждем и меняем график.
