Мы согласовали запрашиваемую цену на недвижимость, и процесс закрытия продолжался. Осмотр, оценка, поиск правового титула и финансирование были выполнены. И за 5 дней до закрытия титульная компания узнала, что на собственность оставалось отчисление в размере 550 долларов в год в течение 17 лет! В моем кармане 9350 долларов. И когда связались с этим парнем, я подумал, что я забыл сообщить об этом, и вы можете отказаться от контракта, если хотите. Я уже уведомил о своей квартире, упаковал вещи, закончил оформление ссуды и полностью спланировал свой переезд, и теперь он просто не дает даже 1000 долларов на это и просит меня уйти, если я хочу. Он знает, что я не могу отступить сейчас, и просто использует этот факт. Худший риэлторский опыт.
